Reporting and Analytics
A key benefit of going with a tailored SFA or CRM solution is the ability to get exactly the kind of information-in exactly the format-you prefer.

XL Group’s flexible solutions allow you to choose from a library of report templates, or design your own. Reports are typically stored in a web application with appropriate section headers distinguishing the different types (e.g. activity vs. sales vs. combinations). The reports can be exported manually as needed by the user or can be downloaded via the sync update functionality.
